Therapies at Home

The Malki Foundation’s Therapies at Home program, including the Lilly and Alexander Enten Memorial Hydrotherapy Fund, provides essential paramedical therapies for children with severe disabilities in Israel, allowing them to thrive in the comfort of their family home.

We believe a loving, supportive home is the best environment for a child’s development. Yet, many families struggle to afford the therapies their children need. While schools offer limited support, it is never enough.

To bridge this gap, Keren Malki funds physical, occupational, speech, equine, and hydrotherapy for children whose treatment requests are denied by government health funds (Kupot Holim). Parents select the most suitable therapy and therapist, covering the cost upfront, and Keren Malki reimburses 85% of the fees.

We remain deeply concerned by the frequent refusals of necessary therapies by the system. When families are denied access, Keren Malki steps in—ensuring no child is left without the care they need.
